Wonder Woman Rejection of the Day: NBC has rejected the new Wonder Woman pilot written by David E. Kelley and starring up-and-coming Friday Night Lights hottie Adrianne Palicki. No word yet on whether other networks are thinking about picking it up.
If ditching those deal-breaking blue boots for the traditional red ones wasn’t enough to save the show, it might not have been the Wonder Woman we wanted to see, anyway. Or maybe NBC is just getting pickier about superhero dramas after getting burned by The Cape.
But hey, now Wonder Woman is on the rebound! Hey WW, call me?
