Apple News of the Day: The rumors about Apple’s WWDC keynote next Monday are true. The company has confirmed that Steve Jobs will take the stage to talk about OS X 10.7 Lion, iOS 5 and “Apple’s upcoming cloud services offering.”
There are still other rumors that we’ll have to wait for the keynote to confirm, particularly about what exactly this “cloud services offering” (we can finally start calling it iCloud!) will do. Current expectations are that it will replace MobileMe, Apple’s current backup and syncing service, and add streaming access to users’ iTunes libraries.
Of course, there could still be surprises. As many times as he’s used it, Jobs’ famous “and one more thing” never gets old.
