Tech Support Employee of the Day: IBM is looking into licensing its Watson supercomputer technology to over-the-phone customer support companies.

Unlike some human tech support employees, Watson can recognize human speech, has a huge database of basic troubleshooting information at its disposal, and won’t ever snap and start yelling at you over the phone.

Watson shouldn’t have any trouble getting hired, either. Putting “Jeopardy! champion” on your resumé makes a pretty good conversation starter for interviews.
