Nintendo Employee Incentive of the Day

Nintendo Employee Appreciation of the Day

Nintendo Employee Incentive of the Day: It turns out that if you work at Nintendo for 20 years, you unlock a secret bronze Mario statue!

A Redditor says this particular statue belongs to his dad, Senior Manager of Systems and Engineering Jerry Danson, who builds and operates the machines that produce the packaging for Nintendo products.

Since Nintendo launched the NES in America 1985, it’s possible there are some Nintendo of America employees coming up on their 30th anniversaries with the company. Break out the mushrooms — we’re going to need a bigger Mario statue!
