Robot Law and Policy Conference of the Day: With robots and robotic prosthetics and enhancements playing an increasingly important role in our lives, the University of Miami Law School decided it would be a good time to talk about the legal and ethical implications of robotics.
The school will host the We Robot conference in April 2012, featuring papers on topics like robot regulation and licensing, determining who’s responsible when robots break the law, and the role of robots in the workplace.
Looks like the future of robotics is going to need more than three laws.
