Caltech Companion Cube Prank of the Day: Caltech’s Prank Club has hit the east coast, turning a cubic sculpture in New York City’s Astor Place into a Weighted Companion Cube from Portal.
The Cube — technically “Alamo” by artist Tony Rosenthal — has been the target of many pranks over the years. This time, it was wrapped in a Companion Cube cover to avoid damage, accompanied by a note on proper cube care that begins “Attention Test Subjects.”
The members of Caltech’s Prank Club must be the pride of [insert hometown here].
