Gaming Feat of the Day: There are Mega Man 2 speed runs, and there are rock bands that play the Mega Man 2 soundtrack, but this might be the first time the two have been combined. And in front of a live audience, no less!
At last week’s Magfest music and gaming festival, Noah McCarthy put up a perfectly respectable 44-minute playthrough of the NES classic, with backing music provided by the band Bit Brigade.
It may not make history as the fastest speed run ever, but it wins the “hardest rocking speed run” category hands — well, hand and Mega Buster — down.
