Star Wars Book Trailer of the Day: The latest novel in the Star Wars expanded universe is entitled Darth Plagueis, and it follows the titular Sith Lord — who you may remember from a story told by Emperor Palpatine to Anakin Skywalker — on his quest for immortality.
Plagueis, said to be so powerful he could use the Force to create life, is a legend amongst the Sith, and now has an official history, written by James Luceno.
Luceno’s novel has been in the works for a long time. Originally cancelled back in 2007, it was put back on the publishing calendar in 2010 and finally released last week.
