Follow Up of the Day: Monty Python member Eric Idle says there’s absolutely no truth to reports that all five living members of the troupe will reunite for a new sci-fi film called Absolutely Anything.
Or, at least, if the other four members are getting back together for the project, helmed by Python’s Terry Jones, Idle won’t be joining them.
“And by the way these Python reunion rumors are just bollocks,” Idle wrote on his website. “Some greedy bastard producer in Hollywood floating an idea.”
Maybe he’d reconsider if Jones and the other Pythons brought him a nice shrubbery.
