Portal Room IRL of the Day: One man with a spare room and an apparent self-destructive streak has recreated part of the Aperture Science Computer-Aided Enrichment Center in his own home.
His modifications to the room include a test chamber panel wall with Aperture Logo, a light-up test chamber sign, a painting of illustrious Aperture founder and celebrated genius Cave Johnson, and some combustable lemons.
He didn’t just hit up ThinkGeek for supplies, either. He did everything himself, except for the painting, which he hired an artist to paint with oil on canvas.
Now all he needs is a computer AI to run all the electronics in his house. Anybody know a Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System who’s looking for work?
Check out some photos of the Portal room after the jump.
