Arrested Deep Space Nine Star of the Day: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine‘s Captain Benjamin Sisko, Avery Brooks, has been arrested for DUI, according to TMZ.
The former captain, 63, was pulled over on Sunday in Wilton, CT after someone complained he was piloting his vehicle erratically.
The offense could bring up to six months in prison, although TMZ says Brooks’ lack of any criminal record means he’s likely to end up with probation.
